Delivered in Jan 2020. Have had issues with the not powering up for several months. work around was to unplug and then would start. Now completely dead. Expect a product from LG to be more robust

Large capacity and some good features

Ive had this washer for at least a year +. It has a very large capacity and some useful features such as delayed starting I set it to the max: 10 hours so it starts the next am. My only complaint is that if I do have a large load then I need to do the deep wash to feel like it really cleaned everything especially soiled/stinky items. I find myself just automatically using the deep wash to ensure a thorough washing even on smaller loads so that probably doesnt help with water efficiency. A quick tip I wish I knew sooner: If you need just a spin cycle to get out extra water w/out the wash... turn it on/ set to speed wash/ start it/ then quickly push and hold where it says spin about 6 secs or until it switches to the spin cycle and it will do a spin cycle and drain the water very handy with excessively wet laundry.
