It makes a ball with a towel sheet or large shirt keeping everything underneath it. The top of this only gets wet when water comes in its never agitated. After I pause and separate the items by hand it then goes off balance and walks across the floor. I cant believe this was actually tested. Additionally if you want the items to actually be washed with water you have to start the washer then pause it wait for it to unlock and then hit the Water Plus buttonand then adds only a small amount. Most of the US has no water shortage so this is ridiculous that we have to be controlled like children. I long for the old washers. I would like LG to contact me about this washer.

Main Control Board went out after 14 months

I bought a brand new LG for a rental in a retirement community the machine was only used 8 months and the main control board went out-2 months outside of the warranty-the price to fix it is more than the machine-I called LG to see if they would supply the part I would pay for the labor they will not-this is the last LG product I will ever buy.

My washer does a fantastic job cleaning my clothes and all my sheets for my massage business my clients love the way my sheets feel What a change from my old washer which wasnt the same brand

After about 6 months the wash machine would not consistently turn on. We would look on internet and found web sites that discussed ways to reset washer. There were several references so I figure this is an on going problem. I called to get service and they will be out next week. My guess a circuit board will need to be replaced. I can send a new review after service.

I bought ALL LG appliances for my house... took 5 months to get then and 4-5 months till my house was finished and by the time I started using then my warranty was out and my washer made a HORRIBLE noise from the first time I used it... Spent over $5000.00 on appliances and needless to say Ill never buy another LG product again.
