I love my washing machine the best feature is how it can spend really hot and I feel like it is killing a lot of germs and dust mites. The washing machine lasted 8 years and the pump to discharge the water needed replacing. Pumps dont last for ever i know from experience so I wasnt upset about getting it repaired although I could have done it myself but instead I went with the handyman. But at least i have my machine back and now i know i can fix it myself next time. I wish that pump would of had a warranty also but nope the part that lasts for a very long time gets it. Nevertheless I am happy with it just make sure you use the right detergent made for these machines and use an appliance cleaner monthly depending if you use your machine a lot like big families. I would also like to give a shout out to the LG team that helped me coordinate everything. They even tried to help me save my money for the repairs by telling me to do an appliance cleaning first. So thank you LG team you were awsome with me. Thats all for now ciao Sincerely Patrice

Great Washer/Dryer and sooooo QUIET

This is a great machine considering it does both washing and drying. Compact enough to put under the counter in the kitchen of a guest house - it makes guests very happy to have a washer dryer at their fingertips.
