Im glad we were able to get this refrigerator in black. You can see you reflection in it. It wipes off really easy and is bigger than what I thought it would be compared to our old refrigerator. We really like it.

We bought this to replace a refrigerator. The space we have will not accommodate a larger refrigerator. This one fits and works perfectly. I am getting used to a top freezer again but there is alot of room in both the refrigerator section and freezer for the size.

I was satisfied with this product but then something happened with the temperature control. The cooling feature turned off for no reason. I came home to half melted freezer items so. And when I tried to reset my temperature control the setting would not stay and instead just went to full but the fridge itself was never cold enough. When I reported this the service group was set to come and check the fridge but instead just ordered parts and told me they had to wait until the parts came in. When the parts did come in they realized the parts were not necessary for the issues so they could not fix the issue and now I have to wait for new parts to come in. I have not even had this fridge for a year so this isl all covered by the warranty but Im upset that this has happened so early in its life.

Lg Refrigerator

The refrigerator is great: Style Appearance Size Quietness. I cant tell if the refrigerator is running except when the door is opened. My only complaints are the temperature is not constant. The freezer temperature range between -1 to +10 and the refrigerator 31 - 42. The readings are per my electronic temperature sensors. The refrigerator and freezer are set to the middle settings 3. These readings were recorded at night when the doors remain closed for the most hours. The Lg smart diagnosis sensor was listed in the store advertisment for the refrigerator I purchased. When the refrigerator was delivered and per the manual this feature is not available for this model. The brochure should reflect the refrigerator model purchased without all the asterisks these features are not available for this model.

the first unit Lowes delivered stopped working the first day called and they delivered a second unit the next day It seems to be working okay. I didnt notice when I read about and purchased this unit there is NO lite in the freezer .
