Nice set up terrible fridge

We bought this fridge 5 years ago. Last year it completely went out. We waited a month for parts while living out of coolers. Barely a year later it went out again. Compressor was replaced again and it lasted less than 24 hours. We are now waiting for another repair.

My LG was another compressor failure statistic.

My LG refrigerator is beautiful on the outside and the inside. However reliability is poor. The linear compressor failed in less than 3 years and that ruined over $200 worth of perfectly good food just before Christmas. I waited almost a month to get it fixed under warranty.

This refrigerator has had so many issue. Mainly not cooling. I know this refrigerator is discontinued but would like to express my dislike for this refrigerator and LG. This refrigerator has been repaired more than all my other appliances combine. Ill even include my vehicles. Very very disappointed. Will never ever touch an LG product in my life. They have lost all my trust.

Compressor on this LG stops working every few years Now we are out of warranty and have to pay from our pockets This is a faulty product. We have had to throw out all our food twice because of the compressor breaking every few years.

Bought this refrigerator 07/25/18 with extended warranty. It stopped cooling and freezing on 05/19/21 when ice started melting through the dispenser. The compressor never sounded good and made loud snapping sounds. Also replaced the freezer drawer twice as the front broke off. Service is none existent and has been rescheduled several times for one month since it broke. Still waiting. -1 rating would be more appropriate.
